− I was initially assigned a single-bedroom room, but later had to move to double bed room. KeyS didn't work. Even after the room change, I had to make four trips to the front desk before the key issue was finally resolved. The lobby and corridor carpets were extremely dirty and had an unpleasant smell, which made the overall experience disappointing. Wifi was not working for us using room number and name.
