Dirty and broken
2.0I would never stay here again and would have left immediately if I could have gotten my money back. This hotel is in the worst condition out of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Lumpy beds, dirty walls, unpainted wall repairs, damaged baseboards, chipped furniture/door frames, water damaged ceiling tiles, stained/cracked sink, tub water spout separated from the wall, dirty/rotting caulking, tub faucet handle articulates in a broken manner and does not properly change the temperature. Camping feels cleaner. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
Run! This place is disgusting
2.0I tried to write a review on Google and it wouldn’t post. I think those reviews are fake. This place is horrible. I’ve stayed in some bad places but this one is by far the worst. The pictures aren’t what the rooms look like at all. Upon arrival after 3pm our room was still not ready. Went to check on room around 4:30 and staff was inside the room smoking a cigarette getting it ready. That should give you insight on how this place is run. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. Looked like only the bed had been made. We used the showers and toilet at the Rec center and local Walmart. We didn’t shower or use the toilet in the room. The room smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. The room was filled with flies. Slept on top of the sheets and blankets. Tried to stay out of the room until it was time to sleep. I would have cancelled but unfortunately it’s a small town with limited places to stay. We were in town for an event. Most places were already booked. This stay made the trip exhausting and stressful. I tried to get a refund but I booked from Priceline and hotel refused a refund. Good luck if you decide to stay here.
Worst hotel I have every stayed at!!!
2.0This location should be closed up for good. They should be charged for false advertising because the pictures in the website of the location are not based on current hotel. Completely run down with no improvements. We had to check out on day one because it was dirty, holes in walls, light switches not working. The chain should visit this location and if they do they would recommend to close it!!!
BED BUGS! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DANGER! DOOR WOULDNT CLOSE!!!!
2.0BED BUGS! RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! DANGER! DOOR WOULDNT CLOSE!!!! Smoke alarm had bag over it because of either fumigation or meth heads! HOMELESS people in lot, police presence! ABSOLUTE FILTHY ROOM. First time cancelling a room after 2o years of traveling!

4.0The best thing about this property was the staff. They were friendly, always there when I needed them, and helped me as much as they could given that this place's franchise owner has put only the bare minimum of investment and effort into the upkeep of the property. The worst thing was the "hot breakfast"--waffles. That was it. Not even a toaster. I asked the staff if they had any butter or margarine. They said "we had some yesterday" in wistful tones. While all the amenities promises, except gor in-room coffee, were present and could be made to work, and while the room itself was free of visible dirt, both room and furnishings were dingy and heavily worn. The bathroom looked as if they'd tried to refurbish or repair it several times and given up halfway through each time. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. Either pony up for a better brand, or stay at a Motel 6 and get the same level of service (and newer, fresher rooms) for less money.
