1.0− Everything, we went cause we stayed there years ago and it’s gone down hill since then. I have been requesting a refund for a week now and still no response. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked and it was drained with nasty brown water. The rooms were hot and all they could offer was a key to another hotel pool. Highly unsatisfied and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

− Filthy and no food in the morning. Room was misrepresented and single king not a double. I had to sleep on the floor. Staff told sis they didn’t have any extra pillows or even a blanket. Carpets were disgusting.
