1.0Service was awful. Cigarette burn holes in the quilt and the room smelled of pickles and smoke. We had specifically asked for a non smoking room. When the front desk was told about the burn holes, no accommodation was offered. We stayed for three hours before we checked out. Front desk lady was awful

Dishonesty about pool and hot tub closure.
4.0Swimming Pool and Hot Tub are closed and they were completely dishonest about it. No mention of closure online when I booked. Electronic sign in front of hotel lists "inside swimming pool" and "hot tub". Sign at pool area entrance says "pool closed for cleaning", but there is a ton of construction material sored in the pool area so my guess is it will be months before it opens. TV stopped working at 6pm after our check in and the staff could not get it to work.
