Club lounge……well worth it!!

I treated myself to a club room with lounge facilities and this was well worth it. Afternoon tea was very good and the evening cocktail period was excellent, glass refilled regularly and snacks were very good. Breakfast in the lounge was very relaxing, chilled and unhurried. The room was very comfortable, the shower was good and bath robe was super soft. Staff throughout were very attentive and good.

− The volume on the TV was limited to a very low level.

Great hotel . Good check in , great service . Plenty of options for breakfast . Rooms nice and big and clean . Pool , gym etc . I’ll be back for sure

My stay in the Club Rooms had some initial hiccups—a broken outlet, missing toiletries at the bath, and slightly imperfect service from housekeeping and the Executive Lounge. However, the hotel's location in the central business district is absolutely perfect for both work and relaxation.What made this stay truly exceptional was the management's reaction to my internal feedback:Immediate response: They immediately addressed the technical issues and showed a strong commitment to improvement.Proactive training: They took my feedback about managing disruptive guest behavior seriously and are implementing extra staff training.Professional standard: In line with top-tier business hotel expectations, they immediately arranged to provide standard English newspapers in the lounge.The personalized attention completely restored my experience. I highly recommend sharing feedback constructively with this team—they handle it with the best intentions and treat guests incredibly well. A great stay thanks to their proactive mindset!

The hotel smells like sewage. Bad attitude. Save your money.

− I think they have one request when hiring people. You have the worst attitude in the planet great, hop in welcome on board. It’s not on the really bad attitude from everyone Bill boy up till the manager. The whole Hotel is old and crumbly. I think there is a sewage by broke in the lobby bathroom and they’ve never fixed it therefore the lobby smell like sewage at all time. Every time I pass by the lobby, I gag. Save your money stay elsewhere.

Buona posizione, struttura carina, qualità prezzo così così.

− Rooftop piscina bruttino, soltanto al 5 piano quindi niente di che. Non per fare polemica ma un hotel a 5 stelle che non ha le prese vicino al letto non l’ho trovato per niente comodo anzi. Detto ciò si trova di meglio a quel prezzo.
