− I felt there was often a smell of tobacco in the corridors and the room. Perhaps from windows open and nearby smokers stood outside on break.

− Tatty room floor dirty , door paint smashed up in room 103 , paint look tired al knocked about complained and asked to move room which they did it which was good Breakfast was cold Deckchairs uncomfortable
