10.0I actually do not know what I would write as my highest complement. Because the staff was amazingly friendly and interactive with my guests. The location is unbeatable for maneuvering. In and out of Venice, with no resistance. The hotel and staff make it an enjoyable stay each time I am there. My guests loved the multiplicity of choices for breakfast.
