7.0Location is very good and staff very good
− For £350 a night room only I would expect the TV to work only French channels worked I complained about this twice and still was not fixed, every time we had shower the bathroom floor would get flooded as water just went under the shower door
Staff were very accommodating attending whenever possible to our requests
7.0Well located
− The room was too small to accommodate a twin bed with no view whatsoever only the back of the hotel
Lovely stay in the city of love!
10.0Loved the room - so comfy and clean
− I didn't know how to switch on the hot water. However I managed.
