9.0− أنا نزيل في الفندق ومن العملاء الدائمين. اصطحبت شخصًا ليتعرف على مرافق الفندق لأنه يرغب في الحجز مستقبلًا مع عائلته، إلا أن الموظفة التي بالنادي الصحي بعد مرورنا معها لمشاهدة الجم قامت بتتبعنا وطلبت من الموظف عند المسبح إخراج الضيف بحجة أنه ليس نزيلًا، رغم أن المكان كان خاليًا. واخبرتهم بأنني نزيل ولدي غرفة والموظف اعتذر مني وقال : خذوا راحتكم هذا ليس اختصاصها. أتمنى مراجعة اليوم ومعرفة من هي الموظفة التي كانت بالجم وتوجيهها بعدم التدخل في مثل هذه الأمور وتركها للمختصين ، وأن يكون التعامل مع الزوار بروح الضيافة والترحيب بما يعكس مستوى الفندق. تصرف فردي من موظف بسيط يمكن ان يسيء لمستوى ومكانة وسمعة صرح فخم مثل هذا
