5.0posizione ottima, vicino al british museum e al centro.
− il bagno puzzava di umido. la dimensione della camera è ridotta capisco tuttavia che essendo a Londra e questo è lo standard. Purtroppo c'è stato un disguido al check-out e non mi è stata data la ricevuta. Successivamente ho richiesto che mi venisse fornita con ben 3 diverse email e ad un mese dal pernottamento, non mai ricevuto risposta. customer care pessimo.

Lovely hotel
8.0− The staff in the breakfast room were hesitant to give me a small amount of fresh milk to take to my room as I do not like milk in sachets, and I wasn’t going to pay for a full breakfast when I only wanted a cup of my own loose-leaf tea. If a mini-fridge is not provided in the room then I can’t buy fresh milk myself so please can breakfast staff be a bit more generous in their attitude.
