− staff poco attento al cliente , per essere la prima volta che soggiornavo in questo hotel nessuno mi ha dato indicazioni di quali fossero le facilities , tipo palestra o spa.

− Because hotel ofers late check out, we waiting ater 5.30 pm to check in. That is NOT ok.
Too expensive for the level of comfort
7.0Very central close to all tourist attractions and sightseeing spots. Friendly staff. The breakfast is very nice even though the restaurant was very chilly.
− The hotel is a bit rundown. It was smelly in the bathroom, rather noisy and the sofabed was very painful as it was worn down.
