Good location but terrible room conditions without climate control.

− The rooms available did not have AC or heater.
I will never come back.
1.0− It was dirty run down hotel that accommodates prostitution.
For the price, convince of location it worked but doubt if I would stay again there.
5.0Convince to Jack London square and parking for my vehicle the room was clean though did see a roach in the bathroom.
− Bit run down in public areas, smell of Marijuana in elevator and hall.

− They need to exterminate and fix up the spot more. The place was bad the rooms are small and they smell funny and have roaches crawling around 🤬
