− Sehr teuer, kein Fenster im Schlafzimmer, keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer (defekt), beim Personal musste alles erfragt werden: Kaffee am Frühstücksbuffet konnte erst bestellt werden, als wir mit dem Frühstück schon fast fertig waren - an der Bar hatte der Barkeeper viel zu tun mit plaudern, Gäste bedienen kam erst an zweiter Stelle, auf das ÖV-Angebot Ticino Pass wurde bisher in allen Hotels sofort aufmerksam gemacht, in diesem Hotel nicht.

Very enjoyable.
9.0Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner in the main restaurant. The second restaurant, where we had one evening meal, appears to be to a slightly lesser standard , and was disappointing. The desk staff were very helpful with advice and provided Ticino free travel vouchers,which enable easy free travel on bus and train.
