Great hotel in stunning location

We recently stayed at Princess Skiathos and had a wonderful holiday overall. The hotel’s standout feature is undoubtedly its stunning location. The beach is beautifully maintained, with crystal-clear water and plenty of comfortable sun loungers, so it never felt overcrowded. We also appreciated the ample seating around the pool, although we hardly used it because the sea was such a lovely temperature throughout our stay. The hotel is also ideally located for exploring the island. Bus stop 16 is just outside the entrance, making it incredibly easy and inexpensive to visit Skiathos Town and many of the island’s beautiful beaches without needing a car. A special mention also goes to Ammos Beach Restaurant, where we enjoyed several lunches and dinners. The food was consistently very good, and dining right on the beach made for a fantastic setting. The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Everyone worked incredibly hard, from the reception team to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and maintenance. They were always friendly, welcoming and clearly took pride in keeping the hotel running smoothly.

− Breakfast was perfectly acceptable but became a little repetitive over the course of the week. For a hotel of this standard, it would have been nice to see a wider selection of fresh fruit along with items such as smoked salmon and avocado to provide a little more variety. It also would have been appreciated if complimentary bottled water had been replenished daily rather than only being provided on arrival, as this is something many hotels in this category now offer. Finally, while our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, it did feel a little dated compared with other hotels of a similar classification. Some modernisation of the décor would make a big difference. Likewise, more attention could be given to some of the outdoor areas—for example, the grass in our garden had clearly not been cut for some time, which detracted slightly from an otherwise beautifully maintained resort.

I wish I had the money to stay longer~! it is pricy, but worth the stay. the location is great.

We liked the nice staff: Christina, Janis, Katie, Thomas, Nikolas - all were very nice and polite. made our stay very comfy. The resort is beautiful! a lot of space with the beach view and the beach restaurant Ammos staff is very nice. The Breakfast is basic - but very healthy and good. We really loved it (keep a note - If you want a cappouchino - you will need to as the waiter that will approach to bring you filtered coffee.)

− They did not make up our room everyday - although we left the sign on the door knob (and pretty early). One day we asked for our bed linens to be changed but they just arranged them nicely - without replacing them. The cups in the room for coffee/tea were showing signs of use (coffee/tea stains) and after we used one of them - they were cleaned really poorly and returned like that, so I cleaned it myself. On arrival - we ordered a Prosecco wine and a fruit platter - The did not cleaned it until we did it ourselves two days later (the bottle just stayed on the table with rotten fruits with flies - clean that next time please)

Recomand mai ales pentru familii cu copii. Este totul la indemana.

Imi place zona unde este amplasat hotelul. Are plaja si marea in fata. Sezlongurile hotelului si prosoapele de plaja gratuite. Statia de autobuz 16 chiar langa hotel, si faci maxim 30 min cu autobuzul pana in portul din orasul Skiathos. Curatenia in camera se face zilnic. Mic dejun variat si bun (dar acelasi zilnic) - cu fructe si legume proaspete, toate variantele de oua gatite, branzeturi si mezeluri, lapte, compot, poridge, clatite si alte dulciuri. Curtea este frumos aranjata si mereu curat. Personalul foarte amabil. Recomand, mai ales pentru familii cu copii, existand chiar si loc de joaca si piscina de copii.

− Mi-ar fi placut sa se schimbe un pic mancarea de la mic dejun macar 1 data la cateva zile.

Solstolarna vid stranden. Goda omeletter-bra frukost. Rymliga rum. Rymlig resort. Fräsch trädgård.

− Gymmet var litet. Ingen separat vuxendel vid poolen, alltid barn som lekte och stojade i poolen/poolerna.

Izvanredno iskustvo

Izuzetna plaža i more, bazen higijenski odličan, sobe čiste, osoblje vrlo prijatno i profesionalno.

− Povremeno se voda zaprlja dosta, ali se brzo iščisti. Parking nema zaštitu, pa se auto zaprlja od smole i ptica, za one koji idu kolima.

The location was perfect for traveling the island and the common grounds such as the pools, lawns, beach facilities very well kept and maintained. The staff were generally very.

− The family room and bathroom facilities were too small for 4 people. We were placed at the very end of the hotel next to maintenance offices. Poor room allocations however feels like a common occurrence with booking.com nowadays.
