We fell in love with Lincoln Park
8.0The room was small but well equipped and the lake view and view of the surrounding area was nice. We loved the roof top bar and the complimentary beverages, and coffee the next morning.

2.0Would not recommend. For the price, the hotel was old and rundown. Sink and shower drains did not work properly. Wall A/C units turned on and off all night waking me up. And there was no cold water from any faucet, only hot. My friend on the 3rd floor had the same issue.
High price for a motel-like "hotel."
6.0Rooms were not up do date. Carpeted rooms did not feel as clean as they should be. Price was very high compared to the offerings of this hotel.

Very underwhelmed. Wouldn’t stay there again.
4.0Window didn’t shut completely. Shower head didn’t work properly. They had a rooftop party that was loudly DJ’d for most of the day, which sucked for us since we were the floor below the rooftop bar. The TV didn’t work. The elevator needs some updating. The ‘complimentary’ coffee or tea is literally straight black coffee served hot or iced and yet if we drank we could have gotten a complimentary alcohol beverage. Doesn’t seem to come out even. Took upwards of 30 minutes to get an Uber or Lyft to the hotel.
Best Location
10.0The location can’t be beat! My 2 friends and I shared a suite with a lake view and it was stunning. It was also super helpful to have the 2nd bathroom. The amount of space was perfect and the on-site amenities were excellent (restaurant/cafe/rooftop bar). I would definitely choose this hotel the next time I come to stay Downtown!
