One restaurant staff member needs to work on his hospitality skills. Other than that it was great.

− One waiter in the restaurant was particularly miserable…not just with us, with everyone. A smile would have been nice. Also they have reduced their restaurant offering which wasn’t communicated to us, although I have to say the food we had was still delicious.

− Although in general, the staff were pleasant and helpful there were a couple that weren’t up to the standard I would expect from a 5 star hotel

8.0− Receptionisten virkede sur og vores tjener i restauranten ville hverken hælde vin op eller skifte bestik mellem retterne. Maden var ikke særlig god, men til gengæld temmelig dyr. Parkeringsservicen var som det eneste helt i top.
