I have stayed at The Hong Kong Gold Coast hotel for several times, and every visit has been an outstanding experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a wonderful place to relax and feel at home. What really sets this hotel apart is its exceptional team. From the managers and front desk staff to housekeeping and room service, everyone is highly professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to taking the best possible care of their guests. Their hospitality is second to none. One experience, in particular, will always stay with me. During our stay over the Chinese New Year in February, my elderly mother suddenly became very unwell. I called the front desk for assistance, and to my surprise, three managers arrived at our room within just three minutes. They immediately took control of the situation with remarkable calmness and professionalism. They helped call an ambulance, assisted my mother into a wheelchair, and accompanied her to the ambulance. What touched me the most was not only their efficiency but also their compassion. They reassured my family not to worry, telling us that everything would be okay, and stayed with us until my mother was safely on her way to the hospital. In such a stressful moment, their kindness, empathy, and emotional intelligence brought us immense comfort and strength. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their genuine care and unwavering support. It is rare to encounter such a high level of professionalism combined with heartfelt compassion. Their actions went far beyond what anyone would normally expect from a hotel, and I will never forget their kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only a comfortable place to stay but also a team that truly cares about the wellbeing of its guests. Thank you to everyone for making every stay so memorable. I look forward to returning again.I hope my mother never experiences another medical emergency, but knowing that this hotel has such a caring and capable team gives me great peace of mind. Due to home renovation, we moved to GCH and stayed for 90 nites. From the very moment we stepped into the lobby, Janet, the Sales Manager was there to greet us. The concierge staff welcomed us with warm smiles. It gave us a true home-away-from-home feeling. How lovely. The room has a big balcony which offers a picturesque view that looks like a painting. Just nearby, there is a shopping mall. To the east lies a yacht club and to the west, a sandy beach awaits. After savored an exquisite Cantonese dinner at “Yue”, we strolled along the promenade. The rhythmic murmured of the waves, the distant lights were twinkling along the shore.  It was one of those rare and precious pleasure that lingered long after the meal was done. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the hotel incredible team.  The staff's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were well noticed. The friendly greetings at the front desk, the efficient housekeeping service, or the helpful recommendations from the concierge, every interaction was marked by genuine care and warmth. It is rare to find a place where the team goes above and beyond to ensure their guests feel valued. We treasure every happy memory in this hotel and highly recommend you.

The pool outside

− Lack of entertainment, no music in lobby area, the main indoor bar was closed, so the main area of the inside courtyard is a waste of space and time, also it is not allowed to eat or drink there, which is strange. Old rooms, old noisy airconditioning
