− Came in to a room with no power or light or airflow. Forgot to give us a wake up call

2.0− Total power failure on second day with little to no accommodation. Power outage starting at 10:00 AM, still not resolved by 10:00 PM. Room over 90° F. Had to check into another hotel, Hilton offered no assistance or compensation to guests.
