Wow at every corner.
10.0Wow! My family and I went to the Chateau for a conference, but we had the time of our lives enjoying the hotel amenities. We rented a boat from the marina with ease and had an unforgettable time. We ha d a lake view room, and waking up every morning to the beauty of God’s creation was awesome. I CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!
Internet?
8.0It was a great stay only problem I had was the tv didn't work, I'm a tv person I like to wind down after conferences
Resort fell short for being “high end”
6.0Very nice views of the lake. The landscaping was very nice on the outside of the building. Waterfall area in the lobby was pretty, other areas in the lobby are nice however chairs & decor are dated. Plug ins for devices limited in the room, lamp outlets not working. Paid parking, pay to use view finder to see the lake, balcony was dirty and moldy with the only view of a dirty rooftop. Line to check in was very long for most of the afternoon. Did not receive the text alerting me that the room was ready, I had to ask 2 times after waiting over 2 hours. Absolutely no coffee available until 7:00! Poolside locked until 8 am. If you are an early riser you are out of luck.
Highly recommend the Chateau
8.0Very friendly and professional personnel on every level. Personal laundry facility should be expanded and maintained.
This was generally a good stay.
9.0Brilliant views of Table Rock Lake! All facilities were really well run.
− I am not a fan of pork or bacon and that is the only meat protein available for breakfast. It would be great to have some beef link sausages available for the guests having breakfast. I feel the underground parking is too expensive. Hardly anyone parked there during our stay. We stayed for a week, so the underground parking should be discounted for longer stays at least.
Sad
4.0We’ve been coming to this hotel nearly every year for the last 10 years. Starting about 4 years ago, it has continually gotten worse. For a first time guest, I’m sure it would be great. But I know the level of customer service and comfort that this place used to offer. There was once a playground beside the pool, and one could order food from the cafe inside to be delivered to the pool area; now the playground is removed and replaced by a food truck that doesn’t even take the food order. The food order is taken by a single person that is busy doing other work as well, which means the customer has to track this person down or just wait for her to come back by. The hotel is now completely cashless which is so inconvenient for anyone with cash. It is a sad situation compared to what it once was.
