4.0No dial tone on phone. Smoke detector was beeping. No wake up service. No lobby computer. Room had dirty furniture. No continental breakfast. Internet Lobby ATM out of service. Courtyards out of service. The key card reader to open the door was faulty and hard to get the door to open. No coffee maker. Just really a poor hotel but the staf were nice and did what they could to make it work.

2.0Sheets were stained, the duvet cover on one of the beds had what looked like a cigarette burn in it. The sink handle was broken. The place looked super dirty so much so that my family ended up getting another hotel that night. The pictures online do not due justice to the fact of how run down this place really is.

4.0Overall condition of property was poor. Most disturbing was the floor wasn’t vacuumed at all. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast bar was just coffee.
