Great location, but confusing communication, unclear visitor policies, and unresolved maintenance issues.
2.0Excellent location, very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
− Communication between the staff seemed inconsistent. When we arrived, we were told that visitors were not allowed after 8 PM and that we could be asked to leave the apartment if we had visitors at night. We were also told that we needed permission for visitors during the day. Later, when our friends visited, the staff simply took their IDs as part of a routine procedure, which was not a problem for us. However, this contradicted the information we received at check-in and created unnecessary confusion. We contacted Booking.com for clarification, and they confirmed that visitors were allowed as long as they did not stay overnight. The rules communicated by the property did not match the information we received from Booking.com. The bathroom drain was clogged and did not drain water properly, and the issue was not fixed after we reported it.
