− The access to the entrance has a lot of stairs and this makes handling luggage awkward

9.0Great location for everything. Hotel had good amenities, the rooms were nice & clean. Bathroom was compact but had everything that we needed. Beds was comfortable & a selection of pillows. The staff were no nonsense, efficient & attentive when required.
