− The door peephole need a cover for privacy. I always stuff tissue in the peephole.

Our stay was great; with comfortable accommodations, great breakfast, hot jacuzzi, heated pool.
9.0The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. The breakfast was great. The location was perfect for our needs at Santa Clara University. The staff handled a difficult situation with another customer with great ability and professionalism. Thank you. We will stay again.
− The shower head causes too forced a water flow that actually hurt the skin. Pool could have been cleaner.
