6.0The hotel is large, clean, and feels very safe.
− The bathrooms are very small, making it difficult to take a shower. Water also splashes all over the bathroom floor while showering. There are not enough staff at the reception. Even though we had a reservation, the check-in line was very long, and we had to wait for a long time. The check-in process was too slow.

9.0Näkymä huoneesta vanhaankaupunkiin oli upea! Arvostimme pientä jääkaappia. Shampoo, hoitoaine, saippua ja kosteusvoide olivat laadukkaat ja hyvän tuoksuiset! Hissit olivat nopeat.
− Sisäänkirjautumisessa oli pitkä jonotus. Kuljimme myöhemmin ulos hotellista ostoksille ja huomasimme, että pitkä jonotus ei ollut hetkellistä vaan jonoa oli koko alkuillan. Hotellin johdolle esittäisimme kehitysehdotuksena esim. sisäänkirjautumisautomaatteja, joilla jonotuksen voi halutessaan välttää tai sitä ainakin lyhentää.

− Pool was sadly closed for maintenance, which we only found out when we got there. Everything else was great.
