Needs Improvements
6.0The hotel has potential based on location, however, the rooms are in dire need of some upgrades. The property is also not well kept. I saw both a wasp nest the size of my hand outside the window and what was a birds nest on the balcony. Windows and balcony doors did not lock. The 4th floor hallway was 84 degrees. The best part of the hotel was the lobby and Andrea at the front desk who was super nice. It can be a good hotel if brought up to date and maintained.
I liked and maybe stay with yall again in the future

Not really very good. Try Hampton or the other Marriott.
6.0Close to Opry complex.
− Older than I expected with carpet stains and smells; The ADA room definitely had smoking smells even though the entire place is supposedly smoke-free. Also - no breakfast even though it says so.
