1.0− The staff. Very under staffed.
Lackluster Breakfast, Lovely Room, Low Staff....
5.0The room WAS clean, and had nice amenities. IT was nice because the beds were separated from each other, and the room was set up like a suite. The inside was fine.
− The breakfast was totally not worth even offering. There was no Continental in the breakfast for sure. I mean zero hot dishes except a lone Wafflemaker, some gross looking fruit and none of the chairs were even down in the little food area to sit down and enjoy any of it, which turned out to be....well.... nothing. We ended up down the street at a Leos Coney Island. I did get a great deal on Booking which is why i am not asking for money back, or trying to reverse the charges elsewhere. This property also had cameras EVERYWHERE, (There must be high crime there?)and only one entrance to get in and out of the building. Plus when we got there there was no staff available to check us in. They apparently had to use their lone desk person as a airport shuttle person. I mean most of this can be looked over I guess, but man....

− No one at front counter much of the time. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in. No internet. No room phone for wake up call. Hotel definitely needed a face lift!
