− Lock was broken and ac in bathroom was hard to turn off for short people
Don't expect the 4 season

− The entrance door having gaps, easy for rodents for insects to enter, deep cleaning is needed.

1.0Nothing staff was very disrespectful and not understanding did not get to stay cuz I was treated unfairly I cancelled my registration many hours before I was denied my refund

− The A/C units don’t put out heat unless if it is on auto instead of heat. But other than that it was an amazing stay. Oh also I didn’t know about the $100 holding deposit until I checked in but that wasn’t an issue at all

1.0The people who worked there. There kindness. They refund my money when we left for another hotel.
− Beds where dirty. Black stuff in beds and hair. One bed looked liked someone pee on it. Heater was so high that you had to stand on chair to turn it on. Smoking in room was so bad couldn't breathe. Changed rooms. Bed had hair in it. We left the hotel and went to another hotel.

The seasonal pool will be open from June 01 to August 31.
