Fitness room nice, room great except air conditioner has a musty smell but it wears off after a while. Plenty of outlets, tv accessible for Roku. Breakfast simple but good thanks to the great staff!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and ended up leaving the same night around 10 PM because the conditions were unacceptable. The room was in very poor condition—the carpet was visibly stained and dirty, the doors were damaged, and the overall cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard. I travel weekly for work in federal law enforcement, and this was honestly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to even sit or lie down, as it seemed like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. The lack of cleanliness was immediately obvious—there were smears in the toilet upon arrival, and the coffee machine had visible dirty handprints and dust inside it. It was clear the room had not been properly sanitized. Although check-in was listed as 2:00 PM, our room wasn’t ready until 3:30 PM, forcing us to wait in our car. While waiting, we observed housekeeping only changing the sheets and making the bed—there was no vacuuming or actual cleaning taking place. When we finally got the room, it came with just one towel, and to make matters worse, there were bugs present. To add to the frustration, the hotel’s website stated that bringing a dog would cost $15, but we were charged $20 per dog for our two small Pomeranians. Not only was the stay unacceptable, but the pricing and information provided were also misleading and inconsistent. Overall, this was a terrible stay and an even worse experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone—10000% do not stay here.

Clean hotel inside but not much area to walk dogs, plus no outside waste baskets for dog poo. So people left it and there was a lot! They charge $20 per dog. The room was clean but the mattress was broken down and the springs pinged and popped and it had a permanent dent it in. It was a "pet friendly " room so the last one they had.

This trip was unexpected so the hotel stay wasnt planned. The rooms were nasty. They all smelled like smoke and mold. Furniture was REALLY NASTY. Check in took WAY TOO LONG for being paid for online prior to check in. Barley spoke English (although she was nice). I feel bad leaving a bad review but....my husband made me 😬 HE thought it was ALL nasty.😐
