Wonderful Staff
10.0King Bed, Great Staff
The staff goes above and beyond, beds are comfy, great location. NYC Hotel Prices are too HIGH
9.0Staff, Location, Comfort
− Price
Great location and staff, but the hotel facilities left a lot to be desired given the price.
5.0Staff was super friendly and attentive. Location was great.
− The room was out of lotion and body soap upon arrival. Also, when showering, the water barely drained from the tub. When you flushed the toilet in my room, the water ran from the faucet in the bathroom. And it was very expensive for a small room.
Very friendly staff ( front desk). Bed was VERY comfortable. Room was clean. Loved it.
10.0Adorable, clean
− Bathroom too small
