10.0This hotel was great! We had an amazing time. We want to thank the whole team but specially Mr. D. Johnson, for making sure we had a great time.

7.0Top Lage am Strand. Schöne Aussicht, schöner Balkon. Oceanwalk und leckeres Frühstück. Bad und Betten sauber. Selfparking für 15 $ möglich.
− Trotz vorheriger schriftlicher Mitteilung und Anruf vor dem Check-in wurden unsere Wünsche nicht berücksichtigt. Z.B. anstatt Alkergikerkissen noch mehr Kissen mit Entenfedern erhalten, da angeblich keine anderen vorhanden. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr gleichgültig.

4.0Nice location on the beach. The food/coffee was always very hot from restaurant. Good cookies.
− The meals at the restaurant were depressing without much selection. The carpets were poorly maintained. The TV had poor reception even after the technician came to fix it.
Enjoyed my stay but never stayed in a hotel where beds weren’t made after being out of the room all day.
8.0Liked the location and easy walk to the beach.
− Didn’t like that staff never came to refresh beds or towels. Had to ask staff to refresh towels on day two.

− Only one elevator worked very small elevator staff member was not polite had attitude service dog policy not good
