2.0I paid on Expedia and got to the hotel they said they were new owners today and I have to pay again and get my refund from Expedia. Hopefully I get a refund from Expedia???? Other issues but they are new owners so as irritating as it was I will give them some leeway since they have been here only a few hours.

6.0Pool and hot tub, vending machines, ice machines, all out of order. Front desk not staffed at all times. Fan in bathroom was not working. Other than that the room was satisfactory.

2.0AFTER we checked in we were notified that the pool and hot tub were not available. smell in the hallway and rooms was overwhelming. The bed was completely worn out, there were only 2 pillows. vending machines were out of service. there was barely enough coffee for a small cup and it was cold. The outside sign was broken. would not stay again

10.0We were nervous about the bad reviews, but after staying there realized people are just horrible, entitled brats. The place was great - for the price! Clean room, clean lobby, cheap, and a friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again for the price.
