Aside from the concerns noted above, I did enjoy my stay because it was very quiet.
6.0Staff in front were helpful, but cleaning staff didn’t come by often. Had to ask for clean towels and garbage to be removed.
− I didn’t like the dual-purpose door. It’s used alternately for the closet and washroom. The door couldn’t be locked when using the washroom. The air conditioning in the kitchen area wasn’t good.

− I booked on line with you guys and had to pay for the room same night cost me extra funds for the room I was told I didn’t have reservations and I had no choice but to pay because my son was in the hospital

2.0− Room with clean carpet Door to room that seals so hallway light does not shine threw Not allowing people roaming hallways all night slamming doors and hollering out. Not sure if they were guest or local people staying there.
