− Tres mauvais service à la clientèle, une chambre pas prête a 21h15 malgré notre arrivée à 15h, zéro solution, 13 chambres en attente. Nous avons du booker ailleurs et débourser +. Je suis TRES insatisfaite

1.0Rien il on annulé notre réservation la veille et je trouve ça honteux de faire ça à des personnes de 87 et 74 ans tout était réserver ailleurs donc on a fait plusieurs heures de routé supplémentaires
