I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for two nights with my family, and I was pleasantly surprised. Since it was an "Inn," I was expecting an average stay at best, but it honestly felt much more like a hotel experience than I anticipated. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kal at the front desk. He was friendly, welcoming, and professional. I explained that I was traveling with my young children and asked if he could ensure our room was very clean because I didn't want the hassle of having to switch rooms after inspecting it. He confidently told me that he had personally checked the rooms and that I would be satisfied. He also took the time to explain breakfast hours, checkout, where to park closest to our room, and where to find the ice machine. As soon as we walked into the room, I was impressed. The room looked exactly like the photos online and, most importantly, it was spotless. Cleanliness is my number one priority when staying anywhere, and Comfort Inn delivered. We slept comfortably during our stay. The only suggestion I would make is to consider upgrading the beds, as they were a little squeaky. I also did my usual bed bug inspection and found absolutely no issues, which gave me great peace of mind. The room was well stocked with plenty of pillows and towels, and I appreciated that they even provided an optional bath mat for guests who needed one. One moment that really stood out was when my autistic son was vocal stimming and another guest complained about the noise. I spoke with Kal, and his response was compassionate and understanding. He reassured me not to worry, explaining that it was only 7 p.m. and that my son was simply a child. His kindness and empathy meant a great deal to me and helped ease what could have been a very stressful situation. Breakfast was good overall. On the second morning, there wasn't any bacon or sausage, which happened to be the two items my kids were hoping for.
