− The rooms were dirty! Service was not the best. It was slow and lacking. My card was denied due to checkin having my card frozen. Towels were dirty and restrooms smelled like sewage. Carpet was filthy! This resort has so much potential but they could not deliver.

5.0− 1 room was not ready after trying to check in at 5pm. Room phones not working and needed them due to lack of cell phone service Swimming pool bar and restaurant were closed early due to being short staffed.
