− Cleaning staff did not clean the room on the second day so we had to go to the desk to get more towels
Disappointed as we have stayed here for many years because of the convenience.

− Shower/tub was in disrepair and hard to get in and out of.

− Total renovation - dirt,dusty mold,walls and plumbing systems exposures dues to on going renovation. Dirty bathroom, discussing ceilings etc. Not acceptable.
