10.0The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions. The delicious hot breakfast was a great way to start the day!

− Mold in ice machine, cockroach in the room (kitchen area). carpet and bedspreads were dirty. Fridge did not work. The phone had no cord attached to the wall. Trash in the hallway from the night before and wet towels in the bathtub. Pictures can be provided

3.0− Unhealthy breakfast. I previously asked for a gluten free breakfast and never received an answer and when I arrived and I asked about it was completely put off with not apology at all. I tried to move to another accommodation because of health issue and was denied help about it. I was instead informed of the charge if I was to leave 🙁
