6.0Great location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, the train station and downtown. Fairly quiet. The smaller bedroom is quite small, with no place other than under the bed to store your suitcase (unless you want to hang things in the wardrobe). The main washroom is a tub with a high edge to climb over with no safety bars. Entry was easy and there was parking if you're driving.
