The property does not look the same as in the advertised photos the bed linen is all white and not cloured. There is no parasol to shade you from the sun outside as shown in the photos, the barbacue was old and rusted and needed charcol which was not provided. There are cats everywhere. We asked on arrival where the rubbish had to go we were shown a container outside the property where we'd been putting it after a week when it was collected we contacted phuket villas and where then told it had to been put in containers at the entrance of the complex, we then had to remove all the rubbish that had gather in the heat for a week and place it in bins at the entrance. The shower in the 2 single bedroom leaks all over the floor. The cupboards in the kitchen are up so high they can hardly be reached, theres no oven as stated in the advertisment. We were told on arrival we would have to pay for the electric for the fortnight which wasnt stated in the advertisement either, so youve to pay for the running of the pool and pumps, waterfalls and jacuzzi, the cost for 13 nights electric was 3245thb which had to be paid when we left after paying nearly £140 a night to stay in this villa it was a disgrace to have electricity charged extra. The villas beside each other are very close we had people partying until 6.30a.m in the morning we did complain to security but this did not seem to make a difference, very disappointing

位置偏僻，一定要有車才出入方便。客廳、泳池整體乾淨，但是房間廁所異味超勁，馬桶去水不夠力，整體印象扣分！BBQ爐非常舊，一定要用自己帶的烤肉架！其他尚可接受。
