Loved everything but front-desk employees
9.0I loved all the little touches: the piped-in chocolate, the chocolate coins in our room, the robes/slippers and the history of the building itself.
− I didn't particularly like the late afternoon front desk employee or the next morning front desk staff. The female employee that checked us in was short, seemingly stressed out and uninviting. The morning front desk person was non-existent. We waited more than 10 minutes to check out and no one ever came to the front desk. We saw the front desk person come out of another office and walk right by us without a single acknowledgement that we were waiting. We left without officially checking out.
