2.0The hotel claims to be 5 stars, and the price we were asked to pay was appropriate. In reality, it is more like a hostel than a hotel. Plastic flowers at the entrance and dirty stalls. The manager claimed that he cared about our satisfaction and offered to upgrade our rooms. In fact, when we agreed to stay, he demanded payment. The feeling was very unpleasant and the entire stay was affected by this. The staff constantly asks us to rate them and this is probably the reason for the constant and incomprehensible rating on Booking.
− The facilities are of a poor and poor standard. The flooring in the pool area is broken, loud music emanates from a speaker that was amateurishly placed in the operating room. The popcorn machines that are standing are filthy
