9.0Die Lage ist einmalig und das nahegelegene Parkhaus bequem, um sein Auto sicher zu parken und das Gepäck schnell in das Hotel zu bringen. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr herzlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit begrüßt.
− Beim sonst leckeren und reichhaltigem Frühstück haben wir Rührei mit Speck vermisst. Es könnte zwischendurch der Tisch abgeräumt werden.
Charming old hotel in convenient location
9.0Location worked well for us. We were traveling by train and it was about a 10-15 minute walk from the station. It is in an old building and very charming. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
− Some people might not like hearing the church bells. The church is close, the bells are loud, and they start ringing at 7:45 am. I am up early, so it wasn’t a problem for me. It just added to the charm. My husband is not an early riser and he was not so charmed by them.

9.0Die Lage ist super, sehr nah am Münsterplatz ca. 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß. Es wurde ein kostenloses Ticket für den Nahverkehr im Schwarzwald zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ruhige Lage.

Decent place in central location.
7.0The location is very central. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the center is easily walkable. You get a ticket for public transport (we didn’t use it though) and a discount card for the parking garage nearby, which is few minutes walk from the hotel. Personnel was nice.
− Our room didn’t have airconditioning but the electric fan helped a bit. The room could’ve been cleaner.. there were socks from the previous renters I suppose and also there was only one toilet paper roll.
