8.0Da localização. Fica próximo do Vaticano, Castelo de Santo Ângelo (Castel Sant'Angelo) e outros pontos turísticos. Como adoro caminhar foi a localização facilitou conhecer vários locais caminhando.
− A dificuldade de pegar Uber, Taxi no RomacTermine para a pousada. O ônibus que peguei no aeroporto para o Terminal, faz uma parada no Vaticano, bem próximo a pousada. Poderia prestar essa informação para o turista, orientando-o onde descer e como caminhar ou pegar um Uber até a pousada, pois é bem próximo. Evita o desgaste no Roma Termine para contratar/pegar o transporte até a pousada.

4.0− The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. However, the room itself had several issues that negatively affected our stay. • There was no hot water in the bathtub located in the bedroom, meaning the water was always cold and the bathtub was completely unusable. • The shower leaked water onto the bedroom floor whenever it was placed in its holder, which was inconvenient and left the floor wet. • The room was extremely humid, and the shower area never dried out, even throughout the day. The grout in the shower was covered in black mould, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. • The room was not cleaned daily unless we specifically requested it. • There was no proper duvet, only a sheet and a bedspread. When we asked, we were given a thicker bedspread instead. • The soundproofing was very poor, and we could hear conversations from the neighbouring room. • The outdoor unit of the air conditioning was extremely noisy, forcing us to choose between having the air conditioning on and being able to sleep peacefully. • Late check-out was advertised as an option for our room, but it turned out not to be available. • There was no luggage storage available after check-out. Overall, the accommodation felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, without the level of service and facilities we would expect from a hotel. While the staff were lovely, the numerous issues with the room, particularly the lack of hot water, mould, excessive humidity, and poor soundproofing, made the experience disappointing.
