4.0Where it was located. The employees were nice.
− Our stay was disappointing. The pool was dirty and had cigarette butts in it. There were roaches in our room. I asked several employees for more towels and toilet paper, but never got them until I found a housekeeper the next day. The breakfast room was too small, they were out of several items, and the pancake machine was broken. The air conditioner in our first room also didn't work, so we had to switch rooms the next day.

− The parking kind of sucked
It was a very comfortable stay and reasonable price.
5.0The housekeeping was exceptional and the location was very convenient.
− The breakfast was very limited and not good. The checking in process took much longer than expected as the whole lobby was crowded and only person was working.

8.0The proximity to the beach and Coligny Plaza was very convenient.
− The lack of air conditioning in the elevators. The pool was a nice amenity but, without regular cleaning of debris from trees and such on the concrete around the pool, the water was constantly full of leaves, bugs, etc. I took the initiative multiple times to use the skimmer to try and clean the pool.
