8.0Staff are excellent and service is great. However, there was waster in the common bathroom and it was not clean.

4.0- There's no breakfast, they instead offered lunch or dinner. - The AC outlet is literally in your face when in bed, as in 10cm from your head. - wifi shaky to the point of unusable. It's essentially just a room upstairs from a pub. No more, no less.

8.0Spacious and clean room, but room I stayed in was beside Parramatta road hence could hear the traffic noise. Old property hence old shared bathroom, but it was well-maintained and clean.
