4.0− Stains on the rooms couch, the shower was dirty, the room had a leak that was úder the carpet that could not be seen. It endem up soaking on of our bags.

9.0The location was great, the neighborhood was clean, and the rooms were nice. The staff in the breakfast area were excellent and the breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely return to this hotel.
− The spa/hot tub water needed attention. But the pool was nice and blue.
