1.0− The toilet didn't work properly. It would either run constantly, not flush, or not fill. There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room smelled like animal urine. We chose this place thinking it would be nicer than a place we've stayed before because this place is more expensive. There was no detergent for the dishwasher. There were no oven mitts or kitchen towels/dish rags as I've seen in other hotels with kitchen amenities.

9.0Great place, loved the layout, cleanliness of the room, breakfast was good.
− Only thing we didn’t like was we were able to hear everything that was going on in other rooms, noise would come through walls, doors, echo in hallways. Nothing could be done about it. Nature of the beast.
