Over-priced, no service, no management.

− Very over-priced. The place basically has no service, which was amazingly confirmed by the manager over the phone (since he is not based there and does not come to the hotel). We called to see if we could get a few extra glasses (for water we bought elsewhere) and he told us that was not included in the price - "you pay for the room and that is all you get." We spent a whole week there - and it was a rare sighting to see anyone that worked there. We even asked for some soap and we were told that it is not included in the price. Nor is a spare glass, drinking water, an extra towel, etc. They did not even have receipt pap er to print off the receipt for payment. Breakfast was very mediocre. On top of that, my reservation via booking was cancelled twice - for no apparent reason. My colleague's was cancelled once. WIFI works only around the reception. Spend your money elsewhere in northern Peru - you will not regret it.

8.0Bonito lugar con buena vista, cuartos limpios, piscina algo pequeña y poco profunda. Buena área para parrillas, el acceso a la playa es un poco complicado y en general la playa es bastante movida y con mucho viento, no parece apta para bañarse.
