− Forma de falar dos funcionários! O hóspede chegou 10:30, tentamos conversar com o hotel pra fazer um early check-in, e a resposta foi que precisam limpar de 12:00 as 14:00! Se não tinha quarto disponível, era só falar, até porque faz parte! Mas a comunicação foi horrorosa e agressiva! Minha tia não quis nem se hospedar, preferiu dormir de favor! Tudo pela comunicação ruim!

− A acústica do banheiro não é boa. Isso acaba tirando a nossa privacidade, principalmente por conta que o quarto que ficamos possui banheira. Acredito que a janela do banheiro por ser virada para o corredor do hotel é que causa isso.
