2.0We have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. The hotel is disgusting and untidy. There was ants and cockroaches in the bedroom. The bathroom was disgusting and had a terrible odour and mould on the walls. When we wanted to leave the hotel, it took over two hours. The staff were extremely rude and argued and even tried to threatened us by locking the doors when we wanted to leave. They just wanted our money!! It was the most horrific experience we have experienced. Avoid at all cost.
